Depressed people might improve their depression and possibly keep it at bay
by doing - and continuing to do - some of the things I share in my educational videos
Depression can be horrible.
If you are depressed, you might lack energy.
You might lack motivation. You might feel hopeless.
You might wonder if this is going to end and if, when . . .
Suffering might be easier if you know when it ends.
With depression however, the depressed person might not know an end date.
Thus making suffering possibly even more difficult.
And the other things is...depression can come back even if a person feels much better.
Some people struggle on and off with depression. Feeling better, feeling worse, feeling better, feeling worse.
The question is not just how to beat depression, but also how to keep it at bay.
I have been depressed myself.
I know firsthand how horrible depression can be. But I also did research on what to do about depression. Over time I found more and more that might help.
What I am offering to you: Videos (available as download). One instruction video, videos in which I share what might improve depression,
one videos that contains different treatmen plans.
When it comes to depression, there might be no one-size-fits-all solution. That is, doing something that will in all cases erase or improve depression.
I can't also guarantee that following one of my plans will work either.
However, by including different things, rather than just relying on one thing and by having multiple plans, rather than just one, there is variety and you might just catch something that works if you are depressed.
So, even if A, B and C are not working, the other things might do the trick. And even if plan A does not work, there are other plans included.
Consider this approach. Imagine you are a dating coach and you have a client that wants to find a girl. Now you tell him: Work on your confidence. He does...but he is still not successfull. Why? Because he is unattractive. Imagine that was the dating coaches only way.
Now compare it to a dating coach who offers more ways: Working on confidence, working on looks, working on rhetoric.
Also, as I mentioned previously, depression can come back. Some people do struggle on and off with depression. So, what to do about that?
What might help is making some lifestyle changes. Things to implement in ones life that are kept up even if the depression is over as a way of prevention. By following one of the plans in my video - and continuing to follow it even if depression is gone - it might also help with prevention as well.
